摘要
对鸡骨素中的食盐含量进行了测定,结果表明:所测样品中食盐含量为13.5g/100g,该方法简便、准确度高,适用于鸡骨素中的食盐含量的测定。
The salt content of chicken bone extract was determined. The results showed that salt content of the measured sample was 13.5g/100g. The method was simple and of high accuracy. It was suitable for determination of salt content in chicken bone extract.
