摘要
实验教学由理论教师兼任完成的这种模式必然导致理论教师忙于奔波在教室和实验室之间,繁杂的工作降低了授课的质量,进而降低了学生参与实验的积极性。结合西藏大学土木工程专业实验教学现状,综合其实验课程特点,切实指出专职实验教师在土木工程实验教学中的重要性,提出了培养和提升专职实验教师能力的一些建议。
The experimental teaching by the theoretical teachers will lead to them busying in the classroom and laboratory inevitably ,and reducing the quality of teaching .Some students lose enthusiasm for participating in the experiment .Combining the teaching situation and course characteristics in Civil Engineering major of Tibet University ,this article points out the importance of professional experimental teachers in civil engineering experiment teaching ,and puts forward some suggestions to improve their ability .
