摘要
本文强调了化工设备在氯碱系统安全稳定运行中的重要性。以化工设备管理与维护检修为研究对象,分别从日常点巡检与保养、设备技术培训、精细化管理、技术革新与成本控制、安全检修等5项措施进行阐述,为设备的安全稳定运行提供了保障。
This paper focus on the importance of chemical equipment in chlor-alkali system security and stability operation. And according to the actual situations, five measures as daily inspection and maintenance, NC technology training,detailed management,technology innovation and cost control,safety maintenance are introduced emphatically based on management and maintenance of chemical equipment. equipment management level reaches a higher stage of development. It also improves traffic conditions for security and stability operation of chemical equipment.
