摘要
近年来,金昌市畜牧业发展迅速,尤其是以肉羊为主的草食畜牧业得到了快速发展。为了进一步推进金昌市现代畜牧业的发展,金昌市组织相关人员对全市的畜牧业发展及其金融支持现状进行了调查统计,并分析了存在的问题和原因。调查显示:目前畜牧业产值已超过农业总产值的15%,然而畜牧业的金融支持仍显不足,畜牧贷款仅占农业贷款总额的8%左右,表明信贷规模与畜牧业发展不协调。其主要原因是金昌市仍存在重农轻牧、畜牧业养殖户贷款难以及金融机构支持不力等现象,在一定程度上限制了现代畜牧业的发展。针对这些问题,本文提出了不断创新金融贷款业务、发展畜牧业保险业务、创建畜牧业产业链、积极发挥政府职能等建议,以便加强金融信贷对畜牧业的支持和服务,进而推进现代畜牧业的发展。
The animal husbandry, especially the mutton-dominated herbivorous, is developing rapidly in Jinchang city in re- cent years. In order to further promote the development of the modern animal husbandry in Jinchang, we investigated the cur- rent situations of animal husbandry and its financial support in the whole city, and analyzed the existing problems and reasons. The results showed that the output value of animal husbandry has been over 15 % than total agricultural output value, while it is still lack of financial support. Animal husbandry and agricultural loans accounted for only about 8% of the total amount of loan. These results indicate that the credit scale cannot match the development of animal husbandry in Jinchang. The main cau- ses of these problems include more attentions paid on agriculture rather than animal husbandry, the difficulty for livestock farmers to get loan support and the lake of financial institutions support. These problems seriously limit the development of modern animal husbandry in Jinchang. To solve these problems, this study gived several countermeasures and suggestions, such as reforming financial loan system, development of animal husbandry insurance business, establishing animal husbandry industry chain, and exerting government functions, to enhance the financial support and services on animal husbandry, and then promote the development of modern animal husbandry in Jinchang.
