摘要
目的:探讨舒适护理在围术期的应用价值。方法:选取在笔者所在医院就医的354例手术患者,使用随机数字表法分为对照组与实验组,其中对照组171例,试验组183例。对照组给予常规手术室护理,试验组给予舒适护理干预,比较两组术后并发症发生率、患者满意度、医患投诉和医疗纠纷发生率等差别。结果:围术期舒适护理试验组患者术后并发症发生率为7.14%、医患投诉率为2.18%,均较对照组的13.77%、19.16%少,患者满意度为95.60%明显优于对照组的87.43%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围术期舒适护理可降低术后并发症的发生率,显著提高患者满意度,降低不良投诉率,减少医患纠纷的发生,值得临床积极推广。
Objective: To discuss the value of comfort care during the perioperative peroid.Method : 354 surgery patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group(n=171) and the observation group(n=183).The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received comfort care.Compare the difference of two groups in the incidence of postoperative complications, the patients' satisfaction degree, the rate of patients' complaints and the incidence of medical disputes.Result: The comfort care nursing intervention group had less postoperative complications(7.14% vs 13.77%) and lower patients' complaints(2.18% vs 19.16%) while the control group had lower patients' satisfaction degree(87.43% vs 95.60%)-The differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Perioperative comfort care nursing can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve patient satisfaction degree, reduce the adverse complaints, prevent the occurrence of medical disputes.It is worthy of clinical promotion positively.
