摘要
通过熔覆层形貌及性能分析研究了一种新型的激光熔覆技术-振镜扫描激光快速熔覆技术。该技术以中功率光纤激光为能量源,采用刮板进行粉末预置,以振镜快速扫描控制激光束在零件表面熔化选区内金属粉末,实现激光快速熔覆。试验表明:利用该工艺在45钢表面熔覆Ni60粉末,可在扫描速度≥50mm/s的条件下,以不足200W的激光功率获得表面平滑及组织致密的熔覆层,所形成的熔覆层与45钢基体结合良好,熔覆层的显微硬度可达500 HV1以上。这表明采用该工艺可以快速获得高致密度、高硬度、表面质量较好的熔覆层。
Combined with the analysis of morphology and performance of cladding coating,a new type of laser cladding technique-laser rapid cladding based on galvanometer scanning was studied. This technique,which uses medium power fiber laser as the energy source,uses a scraper to spread metal powder and uses galvanometer scanning mirrors to control laser scanning path,attempts rapidly cladding plate-shape metal parts. Experiments which make use of 45 steel plate as the substrate and Ni60 alloy as the cladding powder show that using this technique,even though scanning speed larger than 50 mm/s and laser power less than 200 W,the cladding coating with smooth surface,dense microstructure and good combination with 45 steel plate can be manufactured. The hardness test shows that the hardness of the cladding layer can reach more than 500 HV1,which indicates that using this technique can quickly obtain cladding coating with high density,high hardness,and good surface quality.
