摘要
教学是一场艺术,尼采在希腊悲剧中透射出的悲剧精神造就了他的精神三变。文章从他的精神三变着手分析其背后所折射的教师文化自觉。精神三变中的骆驼阶段反映的是希腊悲剧中的酒神意志,教师文化处于继承发展状态,形成的是自在文化;狮子阶段是曙光中的蛰伏,教师文化处于追求自由状态,形成的是半封闭文化;孩童阶段是人类导师的化身查拉图斯特拉的新生,教师文化处于创造状态,是自觉文化。教师文化自觉的意蕴表现在"自我奉献"身为教师的意义与价值;"人类奉献"教师之为教师的使命与责任;生命自由的适度展现。
Teaching is an art activity. Nietzsche has created Triple Spirit Realm from tragic spirit in the Greek tragedy. In this paper, the author analyzes the teachers cultural consciousness refract of Triple Spirit Realm. Camel stage of Triple Spirit Realm reflect Bacchus will of Greek tragedy, teacher culture in inheritance status,it' s free culture. Lion is the dawn of the dormant stage, teacher culture in pursuit of freedom,it's semi -closed culture. Children stage is Zarathustra newborn as human tutor' s incarnation, teachers culture in creation stage,it' s conscious culture. Meanwhile teacher cultural consciousness manifested in "self - sacrifice" as a teacher of the meaning and value. "Human sacrifice" as teacher of teachers of reverence and responsibility;moderate to show the life of freedom.
