摘要
刘长江教授等编著的《中国封建司法行政体制运作研究》一书,对中国封建司法行政体制的运作进行了系统的反思和评论.该书选题独到,视角新颖,内容全面;史识独具,创见颇多;资料详实丰富,运用史料游刃有余,恪守学术规范;充分运用了个案研究法;渗透着著者人文关怀的理念,是"动态"法制史研究的典范之作.刘著为当前中国法制史的研究带来了一股新风,将法制史的研究推进到了新的高度.从某种意义上说,《中国封建司法行政体制运作研究》是刘长江教授二十余年来潜心从事中国政治制度史研究的汇集与总结.
The monograph China Feudalism Judiciary Administration by Liu Changjiang makes a systematical reflection and comment on the operation of feudalism judiciary administration in China. The book has a unique subject, a new perspective, a full content, an individual understanding of history and enough innovation. The precise and abundant documents are adopted skillfully according to the standards of academy, The case study is used and the idea of humanity care is permeated in the book.
