摘要
当220k V变电站内的110k V母线上的线路发生故障,如果线路开关或线路保护拒动将直接引起110k V母线全部停电,这样将会造成巨大的经济损失。为了减小事故带来的影响应采取措施完善继电保护的选择性,尽可能缩小事故停电范围。
When the220 kv substation of 110 kv bus bar on the circuit malfunction, if refusing action will directly cause circuit switch or circuit all 110 kv bus bar power outage,this will cause huge economic losses.In order to reduce the effects of the accident measures should be taken to improve the selectivity of relay protection, narrowing the scope of forced outage as much as possible.
