摘要
本文通过阐述适老性住区的内涵、从宏观发展环境层面提出适老性住区建设的必要性和可行性,得出适老性住区将成为未来养老居住的重要发展方向的结论,并提出了适老性社区和适老性住宅的建设模式。
In this article, the author elaborates the connotation of senior-friendly community and brings about the necessity and feasibility of senior-friendly development on a macro basis. The author then concludes that seniorfriendly community will become an important direction for adult community development. And a mode of community and rensidential house for senior-friendly community is presented.
