摘要
随着房地产行业的不断发展,房地产评估行业得到了一个快速的发展,房地产评估在我国市场经济中的重要作用也越来越明显,但是由于我国房地产估价行业起步晚及我国的特殊国情等原因,导致我国房地产估价行业还存在很多问题,包括相关的法律法规不健全、从业人员素质不高、行业监管力度不够、存在恶性竞争。文章针对这些问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决对策。
With the continuous development of the real estate industry, real estate appraisal industry gets a rapid growth, the important role of real estate appraisal in China＇s market economy is becoming more and more obvious. But because the real estate appraisal industry in China started late and the special national conditions, there are many problems in the real estate appraisal industry of China, these include that the relevant laws and regulations are not sound, the staff quality is not high, the potency dimension of industry regulation is not enough and the vicious competition. This paper analyzes these problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
