摘要
蔬菜在人们日常膳食结构中占有重要的地位,但大多数蔬菜极易衰败,造成严重的经济损失。气调贮藏技术被认为是目前贮藏新鲜园艺产品效果最好也是最安全的保鲜方法之一。本文概述叶菜、花菜、果菜、根菜、茎菜以及食用菌不同种类蔬菜气调保鲜技术的研究进展,旨在为我国蔬菜采后贮运保鲜技术的深入研究与应用提供参考依据。
Vegetables are very important in our daily diet,but most of them are easy to perish,which bring great damage during storage. Atmosphere storage technology is considered to be tile safest and the most efficient preservation method to preserve fresh horticultural crops. The preservation effects of atmosphere storage technology on different vegetables, including leafy, flower, fruit, root and stem vegetables and edible fungi, were reviewed in this paper. It will provide reference for further study on vegetable postharvest technology in our country.
