微创桥接组合式外固定治疗儿童尺桡骨骨折的临床体会 被引量:7

摘要 目的 探讨桥接组合式外固定系统治疗儿童尺桡骨骨折的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析我院2012年3月至2015年1月收治的32例儿童尺桡骨骨折的临床资料,评估微创桥接组合式外固定系统治疗儿童尺桡骨骨折治疗效果及并发症的情况。结果 32例儿童中术后恢复程度:优16例,良9例,中7例。经过1~3 a的随访,骨折均在2~4个月愈合,无骨骺损伤及发育障碍,腕肘关节功能正常,前臂旋转功能正常。未出现骨不连、螺钉断裂、骨髓炎等并发症。结论 微创桥接组合式外固定系统操作简单、临床疗效满意,具有创伤小、愈合快、功能恢复好、并发症少的优点,是儿童尺桡骨骨折治疗的一种新选择。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of bridge combined external fixation system in the treatment of comminuted ulnar and radial fracture. Methods From March 2012 to January 2015, 32 patients with comminuted ulnar and radial fracture were treated by bridge combined fracture external fixation system, and evaluated the treatment effect and complications. Results 32 patients of postoperative healing was excellent in 16 cases, good in9 cases,normal in 7 cases. Children with postoperative fractures healed well, after 1 to 3 years of follow-up, all fractures in 2 to 4 months of healing, no epiphyseal injury and developmental disorders, wrist and elbow joint function was normal, the normal function of forearm rotation. Bone nonunion, screw breakage, complications such as osteomyelitis did not appear. Conclusion Bridge combined external fixation system is a new choice for comminuted ulnar and radial fracture due to its advantages of relative simple operation and satisfactory clinical results, including the small trauma, quick healing, good functional recovery, less complication, and injury of soft tissue of weakness.
