摘要
水轮机的效率是水轮机性能的重要指标,机组的耗水率是水电站技术人员关心的重要数据之一。介绍了官地水电站2号机组水轮机效率试验的研究情况,包括计算机测试系统的构成、试验数据的测量方法以及数据的计算和试验结果的误差分析。在试验研究过程中,采用超声波流量计来测量水轮机的流量,并结合蜗壳差压测量值,对蜗壳的流量系数进行率定;通过对试验数据进行整理和分析,得出了水轮机相对效率和绝对效率的特性曲线以及机组的耗水率曲线。可为水电站的经济运行提供技术依据。
Efficiency is an important indicator of the performance of a hydraulic turbine, and technicians of hydropower station pay much attention to the data of water consumption rate. The study on the efficiency test of No. 2 hydropower generator unit in Guandi Hydropower Station is introduced, including the composition of computer test system, measurement methods of test data, data calculation and error analysis of the test data. Ultrasonic flow meter is used to measure the flow of the turbine, and the spiral case pressure difference measurement is adopted to calibrate the spiral case flow coefficient. Through organizing and analyzing the test data, the relative and absolute turbine efficiency curve and the unit's water consumption rate curve are worked out. The study provides a technical basis for the economic operation of hydropower stations.
