摘要
现阶段,我国食用植物油料供给无法满足国内消费需求,对进口依存度较高,供给安全受到较大威胁。为确保我国食用植物油料供给安全,应制定食用植物油产业发展专项规划;健全食用植物油产业利益补偿机制,优化各种补贴制度,适时扩大食用植物油料目标价格改革试点品种及范围;实现油料产业规模化、产业化经营,提升油料产业科技支撑能力;建立油料全产业链标准体系,强制执行转基因标识,完善食用植物油产品的贸易救济体系。
At present, China＇s edible vegetable oil supply can not meet domestic consumer demand, and highly depends on imports. To ensure that China＇s edible vegetable oil supply security, we should develop edible vegetable oil special planning; improve the edible vegetable oil industry interest compensation mechanism, optimize the subsidy system, timely expansion of edible vegetable oil the target price reform varieties and range; implement oil industry scale, industry, science and technology to enhance the ability to support the establishment of fuel oil industry; the whole industry chain standard system, mandatory GMO labeling, and improve the relief system of edible vegetable oil products trade.
