摘要
为煤企自觉认知参与"一带一路",实施重大战略转型,推进煤企谋划构建能源大局,推进全球能源市场一体化进程,通过研究"一带一路"与煤企战略转型向度及其伴生风险,揭示"一带一路"以交通、能源、通讯等为核心的互联互通,为当下煤企实施跨境投资,推进企业向全球化、证券化等多维向度转型,提供重大战略契机。但转型风险亦因此凸显,需加以识别、评估,并实施有效控制。
Consciously cognition and participation of ＂one belt and one road＂ , the coal enterprises implemented the major strategic transformation, promoted the planning and establishment of overall energy situation and promoted the integration pro- cess of the global energy market. With the study on ＂one belt and one road＂ and strategic transformation orientation and the associated risk of the coal enterprises, based on the transportation, energy, communication and other as the core intercon- nection, ＂one belt and one road＂ could provide an important strategic opportunity for the coal enterprises to conduct the overseas investment, promote the enterprise globalization, securitization and other multi dimensional oriented transformation. Thus the transformational risk was highlight and should be distinguished, evaluated and effectively controlled.
