摘要 目的超声法提取PM2.5中的多环芳烃,高效液相色谱―荧光―紫外检测器联用检测PM2.5中16种多环芳烃的含量。方法将滤膜剪碎,以2.5 m L乙腈做萃取液,超声60 min提取颗粒物中的多环芳烃并过滤,以乙腈、水为流动相,设定洗脱梯度,确定相应的检测波长进行测定。结果各物质在0.05、0.1、0.5、1.0和5.0μg/m L范围内具有良好线性,紫外检测器及荧光检测器的检出限、测定下限、相对标准偏差及样品加标回收率等方法特性指标均满足实验要求。结论本方法对PM2.5中的16种多环芳烃的提取效果良好,满足方法特性的要求,通常情况下可以直接采用本文提供的方法进行PM2.5中16种多环芳烃的检测。 Objectives To determine 16 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons( PAHs) in inhalable particulate matter 2. 5( PM2. 5). PAHs collected on the membrane were extracted by ultrasonic extraction method and were detected by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) with ultraviolet and fluorescence detector.Methods Sample membrane pieces were put in 2. 5 m L of acetonitrile and treated in ultrasonic extractor for 60 minutes to extract PAHs in PM2. 5. Using acetonitrile and water as mobile phase for gradient elution in HPLC; and setting relevant wavelength for ultraviolet and fluorescence detector before determination. Results There was a good linearity in the range of 0. 05,0. 1,0. 5,1. 0 and 5. 0 μg / m L for all PAHs. The characteristic parameters of ultraviolet and fluorescence detector,such as detection limit,determination limit,relative standard deviation and recovery rate,could meet the requirement of experiment methodology. Conclusions The extraction efficiency of ultrasonic extraction method was good for 16 kinds of PAHs in PM2. 5,which could meet the requirement of experiment methodology. This method could be used normally to detect 16 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in PM2. 5.
