摘要
根据文献综述、理论分析和调查数据,论文构建了流动动因对农业转移人口定居意愿的结构方程模型,在研究流动动因对农业转移人口定居意愿的影响。研究发现:收入型动因对农业转移人口流动的解释能力下降,而子女教育型动因和发展型动因对农业转移人口流动的解释能力上升;收入型动因、子女教育型动因和发展型动因对农业转移人口的留城意愿具有正向影响,盲目型流动动因对农业转移人口的留城意愿具有负向影响;收入型动因、子女教育型动因和发展型动因对农业转移人口的返乡意愿具有负向影响,盲目型动因对农业转移人口的返乡意愿具有正向影响。
Based on reviews,theoretical analysis and survey data,the paper constructs structural equation model for the effect of flow motivation on settled intention of rural transferring population , studies the influence mechanism of flow motivation on settled intention.Results show that the explanatory power of income motiva-tion to rural transferring population flow declined,but the explanatory power of children’ s educational motiva-tion and developing motivation to rural transferring population flow increased.The income motivation, chil-dren’ s educational motivation and developing motivation have significantly positive impact on their intention of staying in cities,and blind motivation has significant negative impact on their intention of staying in cities.And the income motivation, children’ s educational motivation and developing motivation have significantly negative impact on their intention of returning hometown,blind motivation has significant positive impact on their inten-tion of returning hometown.
