摘要
以改性高岭石为载体,酸性环境下采用一步水热法制备负载型二氧化钛光催化剂,利用XRD、SEM和低温N2吸附-脱附对负载型二氧化钛进行表征,并以4-氯酚为目标降解物对其光催化性能进行研究。讨论了不同改性高岭石加入量对负载型二氧化钛光催化性能的影响,结果表明:改性高岭石加入量为15 mmol/g,水热反应温度为180℃,煅烧温度为500℃时,复合材料光催化效果最好,经500 W汞灯紫外光下照射20 min后,4-氯酚溶液基本脱氯,100 min时4-氯酚中间体完全矿化。
Modiifed kaolinites supported nanometer TiO2 photo-catalysts were prepared by hydrothermal method. XRD, UV-Vis, SEM, and N2 adsorption desorption technologies were used to characterize the microstructure and morphology of the samples. The photo-catalytic performance was evaluated in terms of 4-DCP degradation under UV irradiation. The effect of modiifed kaolinites content on the properties of the photo-catalysts was discussed. The results show that the kaolinites with 15 mmol/g loading of supported TiO2, reaction hydrothermal temperature of 180℃, calcination temperature of 500℃ has the highest photo-catalytic activity for 4-DCP photo-catalytic degradation after 500 W UV irradiation for 20 min.
