摘要
目前执行的对外火电工程合同中,不管装机大小,大部分都要求机组验收时完成"小岛运行试验(即FCB或House load operation)",并作为重要的验收条件。基于小岛运行的必要性和现实性,本文结合印度尼西亚某工程小岛试验情况进行分析,提出实现小岛运行功能要点、难点及设计思想,以此制定了相应的控制策略,并在实践中得到很好验证,为火电机组实现小岛运行功能可行性提供借鉴。
Under contracts for implementation of overseas thermal power projects, DEC as contractor is normally required to carry out FCB (house load operation test), regardless the installed unit capacity, where clients treat FCB as an important condition of acceptance. Considering the necessity and reality of FCB, this paper analyses the FCB test of a thermal power project built in Indonesia, along with some key points, difficulty, and the design concept, based on which the control concept to achieve FCB is proposed and verified in practice. The FCB experience can also be used for reference of feasibility study in other thermal power projects.
