摘要
针对棉纺企业如何选择异纤分拣机的问题,介绍了国内外几种异纤分拣机的应用情况;通过对比试验,比较了北京经纬精灵-8型及国产A型异纤分拣机的清除效果;指出:精灵-8型异纤分拣机清除效率相对较高且运转性能稳定,喷花量少,布面疵点量低,是目前国内较成熟的异纤检出设备。
As to the problem of selection of the foreign fiber sorting machine for the cotton spin- ning enterprises,introduction is done to the application situation of several different foreign fi- ber sorting machine both at home and abroad. The contrastive test finds the scavenging effects of Beijing Jingwei sorting machine Genius-8 and another domestic product. It is pointed out that the Gennius-8 is better than the above-said domestic product in stable performance,less fly,less defect on the cloth,thus a relatively mature foreign fiber sorting machine so far in China.
