摘要
中药鹿茸对骨质疏松症的预防和治疗有突出优势。文中对近年来鹿茸治疗骨质疏松症的研究进行简要总结,从单方鹿茸和复方鹿茸两个方面阐述鹿茸治疗骨质疏松症的试验研究及临床研究,为进一步揭示鹿茸作用机制及抗骨质疏松药物的研发提供参考。
Traditional Chinese medicine Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum has prominent advantages on the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. This review summarized recent studies on Cervi Cornu Pan- totrichum applicated as single herb or key component of Traditional Chinese medicine compound in the field of osteoporosis treatment.These studies revealed some possible mechanisms of Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum function for osteoporosis treatment and provided a new approach to osteoporosis therapy.
