摘要
[目的]采用玻片浸渍法测定炔螨特与丁醚脲对该品系害螨滞育雌成螨的室内毒力,明确朱砂叶螨抗炔螨特品系冬季滞育雌成螨的药剂敏感性。[结果]24、48 h时炔螨特对抗性正常螨的抗性分别是敏感螨的7.58、4.72倍,炔螨特对抗性滞育螨的抗性分别是敏感螨的9.55、8.34倍,是抗性正常螨的1.26、1.77倍;在24、48 h时丁醚脲对抗性正常螨的抗性分别是敏感螨的5.73、5.34倍,丁醚脲对抗性滞育螨的抗性分别是敏感螨的7.28、7.05倍,是抗性正常螨的1.27、1.32倍。[结论]朱砂叶螨抗炔螨特品系滞育雌成螨对炔螨特和丁醚脲的敏感性低于抗性正常螨,因此在光照缩短、温度降低等环境条件下防治,需适当提高药剂质量浓度,且朱砂叶螨抗炔螨特品系对丁醚脲有较高的交互抗性,使丁醚脲防效减弱,田间施用时应根据实际情况提高丁醚脲浓度或使用交互抗性低的药剂进行防治。
[Aims] The paper aims to clarify toxicity of propargite and diafenthiuron on diapanse of propargite- resistance Tetranychus cinnabarinus by slide slip method. [Results] The results showed that at 24 and 48 h, the propargite resistance ratio to normal mite were respectively 7.58 and 4.72 times that of sensitive mite, the diapause mite were respectively 9.55 and 8.34 times that of sensitive mite and 1.26 and 1.77 times that of normal mite. The diafenthiuron resistance ratio to normal mite were respectively 5.73 and 5.34 times that of sensitive mite, the diapause mite were respectively 7.28 and 7.05 times that of sensitive mite and 1.27 and 1.32 times that of normal mite at 24 and 48 h. [Conclusions] Propargite and diafenthiuron sensitivity on diapause mite were all lower than the normal mite, so it is necessary to improve the reagent concentration to prevent and control diapause T. cinnabarinus. Moreover, propargite-resistance Tetranychus cinnabarinus had high cross resistance to diafenthiuron, thus it is good measure to improve the concentration of diafenthiuron or to select the drug with low cross resistance for diafenthiuron while applieation.
