基于订单分析的烟草多点储运协同策略研究

摘要 建立多点储运协同模型,由生产基地历史订单数据预测一段时间内的成品卷烟需求,并根据总体里程确定优先配送顺序,由生产基地出发分配运力资源,降低存储点间的移库作业,最后以算例验证了模型的可靠性。 In this paper, we established the collaborative model of the multiple sites' storage and transport to forecast the finished tobacco de- mand according to the historical order of the production base. Then we decided the distribution order in view of the overall mileage. Starting from the production base, we allocated the transport capacity resource and decreased the transport work among storage sites. In the end, we proved the relia- bility of the model through calculation examples.
