基于约束独立分量分析的矿用齿轮故障诊断研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对矿用齿轮传动故障信号较弱,极易被其他振动信号所淹没,使得已有诊断方法在矿用齿轮故障诊断中的应用受到限制,难以提取出齿轮故障特征信息的问题。将约束独立分量分析(CICA)这一理论方法应用于矿用齿轮振动故障诊断,通过对齿轮传动振动的分析,建立齿轮振动约束独立分量分析(CICA)参考信号,用于提取齿轮振动信号中的故障信息(即独立分量)。研究实例表明,应用约束独立分量分析(CICA)方法,能有效提取出矿用提升机齿轮减速箱中齿轮的故障,为矿用齿轮传动振动故障诊断提供一条新途径。 Aiming at the mining gear fault signal is weak and can easily be overwhelmed by other vibration,the existing diagnosis method application in the mining gear fault diagnosis is restricted,and it is difficult to extract the feature information of gear fault. In view of this problem,the method of constraint independent component analysis( CICA) is applied to mining gear vibration fault diagnosis. Through the analysis of vibration of gear transmission,the gear vibration reference signal was established to extract the fault information of gear vibration signals( independent component). The case studies show that the method of constraint independent component analysis( CICA) can effectively extract the gear fault feature of a mine hoist gearbox,and provide a new method for mining gear vibration fault diagnosis.
