多酶超声清洗在硬式内镜器械中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨硬式内镜器械快捷有效的清洗方法及关键环节。方法:将2014年1-12月手术室硬式内镜手术器械使用后立即采用多酶超声融合一起清洗,采用光镜目测法、ATP生物荧光法及杰力试纸法检测清洗效果。结果:对手术室硬式内镜器械的清洗合格率进行动态监测,总体合格率大于98%,未发生医院感染,效果满意。结论:采用多酶超声清洗可快速有效清洗硬式内镜器械,而使用后立即清洗则是保证清洗质量的关键环节。 Objective:To explore a rapid and effective cleaning method of rigid endoscopes,and to investigate the key link. Methods:The used rigid endo-scopes were immediately soaked in multi-enzymes and ultrasonic cleaning in operating room. The cleaning effect was evaluated by the ocular estimate esti-mation by eye,the ATP biology fluorescence method and Jieli paper detection. Results:The rigid endoscopes clean qualified rate carries on the dynamic mo-nitor. The overall qualified rate was bigger than 98%,has not had the hospital infection,the effect was satisfied. Conclusion:Using the multi-enzymes and ultrasonic cleaning method,the rigid endoscopes can be cleaned fastly and effectively. Immediate cleaning right after using is critical for guarantee of disin-fection quality.
