某特大桥悬索便桥设计与施工关键技术

摘要 某特大桥跨越河谷,根据现场条件及施工要求,需在主墩之间架设跨度120m,高差及矢高均为12m的悬索便桥。为了保证结构安全,设计、造价合理,针对便桥,详细介绍了便桥的材料选用及整体布置,并对其进行了设计分析。结合分析结果并对施工方案进行优化,施工便桥成桥后,监测结果表明,内力和线形误差满足规范要求,施工便桥安全可靠。该项技术可为同类桥梁便桥设计、施工提供参考。 In accordance with field condition and requirements of construction, we need to erect a suspension auxil- iary bridge with a span of 120ms and a height difference of 12ms as well as a vector height of 12ms between the main piers of an extra-large cross-river bridge. To guarantee the structure safety, a reasonable design and cost, this paper dis- cusses the selection of the construction materials along with the overall plan of the auxiliary bridge and also analyzes the design of the bridge. Based on the results of the analyses, the construction plan is optimized. According to the surveil- lance result, the finished auxiliary bridge is safe and reliable with the errors of both the internal force and alignment meet the related standard requirements. Hence, these techniques can provide references to others on the design and construc- tion of bridges of the same kind.
