摘要
微合金化是改善非晶合金的玻璃形成能力及性能的一个重要手段。氮作为一种特殊的非金属元素,具有原子尺寸小,电负性强,且与非晶合金中的许多元素具有负混合焓的特点。如果将氮作为微合金元素,氮的添加可能会影响非晶合金的形成及性能。本文简略讨论了氮作为非晶合金的微合金元素的可行性,介绍了目前氮对非晶合金的制备和性能方面影响的研究现状,并对氮在非晶合金中的应用前景进行了展望。
Microalloying is an important technique to improve the glass-forming ability and properties of amorphous alloy. Nitrogen is a special non-metallic element, and it has small atomic size, larger electronegativity and negative mixing enthalpy with many elements in amorphous alloy. If nitrogen was doped as a microalloying element, the preparation and properties of amorphous alloy may be changed. The feasibility of nitrogen as microalloying element in amorphous alloy was discussed. The research status about the effects of nitrogen on the preparation and properties of amorphous alloy was also introduced and the application prospect of nitrogen in amorphous alloy was put forward.
