摘要
地方民族综合性大学的民族性、综合性、地域性特点决定了初任教师队伍的队伍结构亦有其自身的特点——少数民族教师占有相当比例、来自本校和其他综合性大学的教师比例大。导致部分初任教师缺失对自我专业发展的认识,缺乏一般教学法、学科教学法以及认知学生等PCK专业知识。Y大学基于对初任教师PCK的考察和学校发展需求,以教育部《关于加强高等学校青年教师队伍建设的意见》精神为准绳,以初任教师的培训制度、初任教师"传、帮、带"指导团队等制度与政策建设为基础,以全面提高初任教师专业素养为培训理念,以树立初任教师的专业理想教育为先导,以科学地构建课程类型、课程内容和体系为抓手,以强化初任教师的PCK为突破口,在学校教师专业发展教育机构组织指导下开展的岗前培训成效显著。
Ethnic features,comprehensiveness and localization make the novice teachers in local universities for nationalities distinctive.Based on a survey of novice teachers’ PCK and the needs of selfdevelopment,Y University has carried out the pre-service training program accordingly.The training for the novice teachers takes the spirit of On the Strengthening of Young Teacher Team Construction issued by Ministry of Education as the standing-point,speciality improvement as the principle,the education of professional ideal as the guidance,constructon of scientific curriculum as the grasp,and the reinforcement of novice teachers’ PCK as the breakthrough.Till now,the program has achieved remarkable results.
