摘要 目前国内水利水电行业已逐步探索应用三维协同设计技术,但相关技术标准、指导手册仍较为缺乏,不利于该技术的推广普及。阐述了CATIA/ENOVIA VPM三维协同技术及其在水电工程中的应用。给出了协同平台的架构及角色、权限配置方案;将上下文关联技术应用于多专业间三维协同设计,便于不同设计专业间协同配合;定义了模型数据的4种不同状态,开展"设校审"流程控制。同时,将三维模型和数据存储在网络数据库中统一管理,保证了在设计时所引用或参考的相关专业的模型均为最新的有效数据,有利于不同设计部门间的沟通,提高了设计质量和效率。 At present, the domestic hydropower design companies are exploring the application of 3D collaborative design, but the lack of relative standards and manuals has restricted the promotion and application of this new technology. We describe the CATIA/ENOVIA VPM 3D collaborative technology and its application in hydropower engineering, and provide the architecture of the collaborative platform and the allocation scheme of the roles and the permissions. We apply context relation technology of trans-professional 3D collaborative design to promote the collaboration between different departments, also determine the control process of design, proofreading and audit by defining the four different status of model data. The 3D models and relative data are stored in network database for integrated management to ensure that the newest and valid models could be cited in the design process. It is conducive to the communication among designers and improvement of the design quality and efficiency.
