摘要
凉州区是甘肃省的畜牧业大区,肉牛产业是凉州区农业和农村经济发展的支柱产业。本文从凉州区肉牛产业发展现状出发,就凉州区肉牛产业的发展现状、存在问题、发展优势出发进行全面分析,提出了肉牛产业发展的对策,加强饲草和良种体系建设;抓好标准化和规模化养殖;增强畜产品精深加工和品牌打造能力;强化疫情防控和质量安全;搞好科技创新和技术推广;发展壮大龙头企业,建立利益共享机制。
Liangzhou district is a big animal husbandry region in Gansu Province,and the beef industry is a pillar industry of Liangzhou agriculture and rural economic development.The article focused on the current situation of Liangzhou cattle industry,and analyzed roundly the beef cattle industry development status,problems,advantages of the development.Besides,this paper also had put forward countermeasures on beef industry development,which need strengthen the forage and construction of breeding system,grasp standardization and large-scale farming,enhance animal products deep processing and branding capabilities,strengthen epidemic prevention and control and the quality and safety,improve technological innovation and technology promotion,develop and expand of enterprises and establish benefit-sharing mechanisms.
