摘要 为实现煤矿生产的安全高效和高采出率,针对国强煤矿4#煤层的赋存情况和采煤工艺,利用理论分析和数值模拟相结合的方法,通过正交试验设计数值模拟方案,研究不同采放比、控顶距条件下工作面矿压特征和煤炭采出率,得出安全生产条件下该矿4#煤层的合理采高为3 m,采放比为1∶1.5,放煤工艺为"一采一放、单轮间隔"。 In order to achieve the safe and efficient production and high recovery rate of coal mine, aiming at the occurrence condition and mining technique of Guoqiang coal mine No. 4 coal seam, utilizes the methods of theory analysis combining with numerical simulation, designs numerical simulation scheme through orthogonal test, researches on mine pressure characteristics and coal recovery rate under the condition of different mining and caving ratio and roof distance, obtains that the reasonable mining height of No. 4 coal seam is 3 m, mining and caving ratio is 1 : 1.5, coal caving technique is caving while mining, single round interval under the condition of safe production.
