摘要
系柱拖力试验受很多因数影响,不当的试验程序不但试验结果不准确,而且存在安全隐患。为了快速准确地测试出拖轮的最大拖力,消除安全隐患,主要采取下列措施:(1)综合考虑风向、潮汐、潮流及螺旋桨驱动产生的水流对试验拖力的影响;(2)合理的拖力试验的布置;(3)确认试验水域的水深与船的压载状态;(4)确认试验设备(拖桩、缆绳、U型扣、拉力计等)的强度;(5)遵守安全操作规程。通过以上这些措施及程序,能快速地测出了拖轮的最大真实拖力,减少试验测试时间,确保试验安全。
Bollard's pull test will be affected by many factors. Improper test procedure will lead to incorrect test result of maximum towing force and safety hazard. In order to measure the maximum towing force of tug quickly and to eliminate the safety risk, the following steps will be taken: (1). Considering the effect of direction of the wind, tides, tidal current and tug propeller driven flow in test towing force; (2). The reasonable arrangement of towing test plan; (3). Confirmation of the water depth of test area and ship ballast condition; (4). Confirmation of the strength of test equipment (towing post, wire, U type shackle, tension meter, etc.); (5). Compliance with the safe operating procedures.
