摘要
舷灯是船的必要装置,其作用是对外表明船舶的位置、状况和动向,而舷灯遮光板应装有无光黑色的内侧遮板。本文分析了舷灯在白天以及黑夜情况下,有舷灯无遮光板、有舷灯有遮光板、无舷灯有黑色遮光板三种情况下对能见距离的影响,得出了黑色遮光板使舷灯的能见距离在各种天气情况下均有了显著提高,讨论了安装舷灯黑色遮光板的必要性。
Sidelights are the necessary device for a ship to distinguish its direction and position from other ships, and screens for sidelights shall be fitted with inboard screens painted matt black. This paper analyzes the influence of matt black screen on the visibility distance for the three different situations of sidelights without screens, sidelights with screens, screens without sidelights in daytime and night. The conclusion shows that matt black screens will increase the visibility distance for sidelights significantly under the various weather situation and proves the necessity to fit matt black screens foe sidelights.
