摘要
烧结机台车运行过程中跑偏是烧结机设备中存在的普遍问题，通过对烧结机台车跑偏的各种原因进行分析，并提出相应的处理方法，烧结机跑偏得到了有效的改善，降低了烧结机漏风率，确保了烧结机的正常运行。
Aiming at the common problem existing in the sintering machine equipment of running deviation during the running of sintering pallet, through analyzing the various reasons for the running deviation of sintering pallet, the corresponding treatment methods were put forward and carried out, then the running deviation was improved effectively, and thus the air leakage rate of sintering machine was reduced, and the normal operation of sintering machine was ensured.
