摘要
以河南某厂重选白云母精矿为对象,对其矿物组成以及矿物表面性质进行了检测,系统研究了物理和化学浸出联合除铁工艺对白云母粉白度的影响,其中化学浸出最佳条件为草酸用量为理论值180%,浸出浓度15%,浸出时间1 h,浸出温度30℃。结果表明,物理分选-化学浸出工艺可除去白云母粉中70%的铁,并获得白度为77.81%云母产品,基本达到了高端产品对其要求。
A gravity muscovite concentrate from Henan was taken for analysis. Its mineral composition and property of mineral surface was detected to systematical research the effect of physical iron removing and chemical leaching on the whiteness of muscovite powder. The optimum conditions of chemical leaching that 180% oxalic acid, 15% leaching concentration, an hour leaching time and 30℃ leaching temperature were determined after analysis. The result showed that more than 70% iron could be removed by the process of mechanical separation-chemical leaching, and a muscovite product could be achieved with whiteness of 77.81%, meeting the demand of top products.
