摘要
目的：集中探讨针对出现呼吸暂停的新生儿采用持续正压呼吸联合氨茶碱治疗的临床疗效。方法纳入2013年4月～2015年3月因呼吸暂停于我院新生儿病房进行治疗的患儿100例，按照随机分配的原则分为两组，50例采用传统吸氧联合氨茶碱进行治疗的患儿为对照组，另50例采用持续正压呼吸联合氨茶碱联合治疗的患儿为观察组，比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果观察组患者的治疗显效率和无效率均明显优于对照组，总有效率明显高于对照组，差异较大，具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；观察组致死率4．0％明显低于对照组18．0％，差异较大，具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论因在氨茶碱用药的基础上联合持续正压通气具有临床效果明显，同时可明显提高患儿存活率，值得在新生儿呼吸暂停的治疗中推广使用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical curative effect of continuous positive pressure breathing combinedaminophyllineontreatmentofneonatalapnea.METHODS 100infantswithapneainourhospitalfrom 2013 April to 2015 March were divided into two groups according to random distribution principle,50 cases treated with traditional oxygen combined with aminophylline were named as control group,another 50 cases used continuous positive pressure breathing combined with aminophylline children were named as observation group,two groups′clini-cal curative effect were compared.RESULTS The effective rate and ineffective rate of observation group were sig-nificantly better than those in the control group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was obvious with statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ）;the observation group′s mortality rate was 4%,which was significantly lower than 18%in the control group,the differences was obvious with statistical signifi-cance （P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Adding continuous positive airway pressure based on useing aminophylline has significant clinical effect and can significantly improve the survival rate of children,so it is worthy to be popularized and used in the treatment of neonatal apnea.
