摘要
上海市市容环境质量监测包括市、区(县)、街道(镇)三级监管体系。为加强对区(县)市容环境管理及作业服务质量的检查和评价,文中通过现场实地调研以及专家调查法建立了市容环境质量专业评价层次结构,并运用层次分析法相关理论,确定了评价指标的权重。
Sanitation Shanghai quality monitoring including municipal, district （county）, Street （town） three-tier regulatory system. In order to strengthen the district （county） inspection and evaluation of sanitation management, In this paper, we establish a professional evaluation system of the city appearance and environmental quality by field survey and expert investigation, and use the relevant theory of the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the evaluation index.
