摘要
分别以黑色金属304不锈钢和有色金属6061铝合金的汽车钣金为母材,采用基于搅拌摩擦焊的新型固相连接工艺,进行了两种汽车钣金的同质焊接,并对接头进行了显微组织、力学性能、疲劳性能和耐腐蚀性能的测试。结果表明,该工艺使有色金属汽车钣金和黑色金属汽车钣金均获得了较高质量的焊接接头,接头兼具良好的力学性能、疲劳性能和耐腐蚀性能。304不锈钢汽车钣金接头的接头系数为80%,疲劳性能达到母材的85%;6061铝合金汽车钣金接头的的接头系数达91%,疲劳性能达到母材的94%。
Automotive sheet metals of black metal of 304 stainless steel and non-ferrous metal of 6061 aluminium alloy were adopted for welded parent metal,and the two kinds of automotive sheet metals were homogeneously welded,based on new type of solid phase friction stir welding connection technology and then the microstructure,mechanical properties,fatigue performance and corrosion resistance tests of the joints were carried out.The results indicated that the joining process made non-ferrous metal automotive sheet metal and black metal sheet metal obtain the high-quality welded joints that were of good mechanical performance,fatigue performance and corrosion resistance performance.The coupling coefficient of 304 stainless steel automotive sheet metal reached80%,and the fatigue performance reached 85% of the parent metal;the coupling coefficient of 6061 aluminum alloy automobile sheet metal joint reached 91%,and the fatigue performance reached 94% of the parent metal.
