摘要
针对目前红外无线通信距离短、功耗高、模块设计复杂等问题,提出了一种低功耗红外通信设计.采用XBAR模块、PWM调制技术及低功耗编程的软件设计,有效精简了电路,降低了功耗和成本,提高了可靠性,可更有效地构建红外无线通信网络.实验结果表明:系统在休眠时功耗为0.5 m W,正常工作时也仅为发射管工作功率的1/3左右;模块在自然光等环境中零误码率通信距离达到25 m,能满足便携式设备、医疗电子、水下通信、工业设备网络等诸多领域的应用需求.
A low power infrared communication system is presented to solve the problems of short distance, high power consumption and complicated model design in the infrared communication. XBAR model, PWM modulation technique and low power programming design are adopted to compact the circuit, reduce the power consumption and improve the reliability. Besides the infrared communication network is more easily structured due to the compact structure. The experimental results show that the power consumption in sleep mode is 0.5 mW and only 1/3 of transmitter's in run mode. And the communication distance can reach 25 m with zero error rate in natural state, which meets the requirement of many fields such as portable devices, medical equipment, underwater communication, and industry equipment network.
