摘要
参照《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统》(2004A)建立了基于HPLC的贵州凤冈锌硒茶标准指纹图谱R,并与其他地区的同类样品进行对比分析。结果显示,标准指纹图谱能够反映出贵州凤冈锌硒绿茶HPLC图谱的共性,相似度分析能明显区分凤冈锌硒绿茶样品与参比样品(以相似度0.9进行划分);系统聚类的方法可以将贵州凤冈锌硒绿茶与参比样品区分,且能反映样品产地区别。散点图能够显示凤冈锌硒绿茶样品与参比样品的区别。结果可为凤冈锌硒绿茶的真伪鉴别、质量评价提供参考。
According to the standard operating procedure of similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM（Version 2004A）, the standard fingerprint R of zinc and selenium tea from Guizhou Fenggang was established based on HPLC. The results indicated that the standard fingerprint of zinc and selenium tea from Guizhou Fenggang c ould reflect its internal components in common. Similarity analysis clearly distinguished the zinc and selenium tea from Guizhou Fenggang from the reference samples（divided to similarity of 0.9）;System clustering method could also showed this difference and the sample origin in all samples. Scatter diagram showed a separation of zinc and selenium tea from Guizhou Fenggang in 59 samples.The results provide the reference for identification and quality evaluation of zinc and selenium tea from Guizhou Fenggang.
