摘要
本文根据中医药治疗胃癌癌前病变疗效评价方法的研究现状,对中医症状、实验室指标、内镜下胃黏膜表现及病理组织学改变、基于患者报告的临床结局、循证医学以及综合疗效评价6个角度的疗效评价方法系统进行了论述。中医症状疗效的评价简单、实用,但医师的主观性较强,应结合实验室指标、内镜下黏膜表现及病理组织学结果,更加客观地评价中医药治疗胃癌前病变的疗效。另外,目前的研究热点"基于病人报告的临床结局"、"循证医学"更为严谨可靠。综合考虑各种信息并分析评价,才能创造出真正适合中医药的疗效评价体系,加速中医药事业的国际化。
In this paper, according to the status of study on curative effect evaluation method of Chinese medicine in treating gastric precancerous lesions, the author summarized the evaluation method from six aspects： TCM symptoms, laboratory indexes , endoscopic manifestations and pathological histology of gastric mucosa change, patients reports based on clinical outcome, evidence-based medicine and the comprehensive evaluation. TCM symptoms curative effect evaluation was simple and practical, but its subjectivity was stronger. Combined with laboratory index, endoscopic mucosa performance, pathological and histological results would get a more objectively result of evaluating the curative effect of TCM treatment of gastric precancerous lesions. In addition, the current research hotspots ＂based on clinical outcome of patients with reports＂, ＂evidence-based medicine＂ was more precise and reliable. Considering all kinds of information and evaluation methods, to create a truly suitable for traditional Chinese medicine efficacy evaluation system, that would accelerate the internationalization of Chinese medicine.
