摘要
四妙丸为经典古方,组方立意独特,古代医家用之治疗湿热流注之筋骨疼痛,或两足痿软,或足膝红肿,下部湿疮,带下,以及湿热成痿诸症。叶新苗教授灵活运用古方四妙丸随证加味治疗包括痛风性关节炎、慢性盆腔炎、网状淋巴管炎、湿疹、慢性前列腺炎等各种疾病,临床疗效显著,体现了中医临床治疗的基本原则,即整体原则与辨证论治。
Simiao Pill is a classic prescription which is unique and elaborate. The ancient physicians often used it to treat pain of muscles and bones due to dampness and heat, or weak and feeble feet, or swelling feet and knees, or ulcer on the lower body, or morbid leukorrhea, and flaccid paralysis due to dampness and heat. Professor YE Xin-miao used Simiao Pill to treat various diseases including acute gouty arthritis, chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, reticular lymphangitis, eczema, and chronic prostatitis etc. It showed significant clinical effects and embodies the basic principles of TCM therapy which were overall principle and treatment based on syndrome differentiation.
