摘要
采用文献法、调查问卷法对浙江省现有羽毛球业余训练展开调查,并结合专业训练和比赛现状进行分析比较,全面掌握目前我省羽毛球后备力量情况。通过现状分析发现,我省羽毛球梯队建设逐步完善,业训规模逐渐扩大且后备人才丰富;全省各地市羽毛球教练员水平参差不齐,整体水平有待提高;羽毛球后备人才的培养机制和人才库机制有待建立和完善。
Using methods of literature and investigation, this paper investigated the current mature training of badmin- ton in Zhejiang province, compared it to the competition, to analyze the reserve force of badminton. The results showed that building of echelon were getting perfect, mature training size were getting larger with the abundance of reserve, the profession of badminton teachers were different which should to be improved, and the talent training sys- tem should to be established.
