摘要
汉代国家一统,农业生产技术不断进步,粮食的积累与酿酒技术的提高使汉代酒业有了长足发展,酒的种类众多,酒的生产经营也形成了完备体系。汉代从皇室贵族、士大夫官员到豪强地主、普通民众以及周边的少数民族莫不饮酒。朝廷通过"牛酒养德"的赐酒来体现崇德务本、抚恤孤弱之意。以酒祭祀、以酒随葬现象成为常例,在朝觐礼、籍田礼、射礼、冠礼等重要礼仪活动中酒都扮演了不可或缺的角色,在正旦、社日、上巳、夏至、伏日、重阳、冬至、腊日等节日中,酒是人们节日中必备之物。酒令、投壶、六博和歌舞等饮宴娱乐活动也十分丰富和繁荣。同时汉代人也十分看重酒的保健与医药功能,酒的药用范围十分广泛。在汉代,我国风俗礼仪起源与固化的重要时期,酒扮演了非常重要的角色,也形成汉代独具特色的饮酒风俗。
Wine-making had made considerable development in Han Dynasty due to national unity, continuous improvement in agricultural technology, rapid grain accumulation, and technical improvement in wine-making industry. At that time, various wine products were developed and wine production&operation had formed a complete system. People of all social standings including aristocracy, scholar-bureaucrat stra-tum, ordinary people, and ethnic groups liked drinking. The government promoted the fashion of beef&wine as the reward to the brave and the old. And wine was often used in sacrifice and used as funeral objects. Besides, wine played an indispensable role in important ceremonial&so-cial activities and important festivals. And the recreational activities related to wine were also prosperous. Meanwhile, people at that time high-ly valued the healthcare&medicinal functions of wine. Han Dynasty is an important period in the origin and the consolidation of Chinese cus-toms and rituals, and wine played very important roles at that time which formed the characteristic drinking customs in Han Dynasty.
