摘要
针对高速公路建设项目管理的特点及现有工程建设管理信息系统的局限性,研究了高速公路建设项目综合管控系统,介绍了系统总体框架、功能和组成;基于SOA架构,采用B/S结构模式,开发了系统的统一管控平台。该系统在江西奉铜高速公路建设管理中得以实施并应用,结果表明:该系统能够对项目全方位进行实时管控,对提高管理效率、确保工程质量、加快应急反应速度、保障施工安全等方面起到十分重要的作用。
Given the characteristics of expressway project management and the limitation of existing information management system for project construction, an integrated management and control system was researched, and overall framework, function and the composition were introduced. The unified control platform was developed with B/S structure based on SOA framework. The system was applied in the construction of Fengxin-Tonggu Expressway in Jiangxi Province, and the results show that the comprehensive management improves the construction quality and response speed and keeps the construction process safe.
