摘要
传统的学校德育过分推崇理性主义,强调道德概念和知识的学习,其结果只能是培养"理论上的道德者",这与职业学校人才培养目标是不相适应的。生活德育倡导德育回归生活世界,主张从个体的生活世界出发,培养其道德品格和道德智慧,引导其做知行统一的道德践行者。职业学校生活中,德育回归生活世界主要有以下几个路径:第一,制度层面:道德的制度才能成就道德的个体;第二,学校德育课程的生活化;第三,紧密联系学生的学校生活和非学校生活;基于现实生活建构道德教育空间,培养学生知行统一的道德品行。
The traditional moral education in colleges advocates rationalism and emphasizes on moral concepts and the knowledge of learning, which results in "moralists in theory" . It isn' t appropriate to the talent cultivation goal in vocational colleges. Life moral education calls for moral education returning to the common life to cultivate the moral characters and wisdom of people from everyone' s common life and guide them to become the executor of moral practice. It is concluded in the paper that there are several routes of moral education for vocational colleges returning to common life: first, in the system level, only moral system can achieve moral individuals; second,, moral education course in colleges will have to be life-styled; third, moral education will be close to students' school life and the life out of school, thus to cultivate the moral character of students based on the moral elements in real life.
