摘要
根据新加坡忠利信公司的PARAGON号自航式浅海锡矿开采平台设计要求,对原有螺旋推进器(螺旋桨)进行改造,设计出一种新型的可升降全回转推进器。论述了该装置的机械结构、电液控制回路组成,阐明远程电气控制的工作原理,分析其回转推进器的实现过程及主要功能,创造性地设计了一种新型的船舶推进器控制方法,可实现360°精确控制、推力无级变速、桨叶吃水深度调节。实际生产中证明,该套推进器及控制系统操作稳定,能效高、维修便捷,符合设计要求。
According to the requirements of shallow self -propelled tin mining platform from the Singapore Chan-nel Marine Resources Ltd ., it presents the designs of an elevated all -direction engineering -ship propeller based on DELTA PLC (model of DVP-12SSA2) and Configuration remote control system (version of kingview 6 .55 ) .Firstly it designs and analyzes the mechanical structure and electric hydraulic control circuit of this pro -peller equipment , and then illustrates the operational principle of remote electrical control , discusses the imple-mentation process and major function of the propeller , shows the detail about a new -type control method of ship propeller .This new propeller with continuous variable driving force and lifting adjustable paddle draught can be accurately controlled in 360 degrees.Through actual application shows that the new propeller system can reach the designing requirement , and have some potential advantages such as stable running , high energy efficiency and easy to maintenance .
