摘要
灌肠是常用的外治方法,常用于治疗便秘、腹泻、结肠炎、腹胀等疾病,因其疗效显著、副作用小、简便易行,得到广大患者的认可。溃疡性结肠炎是一种病因未明的结肠和直肠慢性非特异性炎性疾病,病变局限于大肠黏膜及黏膜下层,也可延伸至降结肠,甚至整个结肠。该病病程漫长,常反复发作。就中医辨证分型灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的研究进展做一综述。
This paper discusses the progress of traditional Chinese medicine enema to treat ulcerative colitis based on syndrome dif ferentiation of TCM. Because of the significant effect and minor side effects,it has been recognized gradually by the patients, and a chieved good curative effects. Here is a review of the recently general situation of treatment of ulcerative colitis with traditional Chi nese medicine enema based on syndrome differentiation.
