摘要
目的:观察光子治疗仪应用于小面积Ⅱo烧伤创面的临床效果。方法:选择60例小面积Ⅱo烧伤患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者创面给予常规清创换药处理;观察组患者创面在光子治疗仪照射治疗的基础上,再采用与对照组相同的清创换药处理,观察并记录两组患者治疗1周内创面操作性疼痛,采用数字等级量表(NRS)评分法对患者1周内创面渗液浸湿纱布的平均层数及创面完全上皮化的时间进行分析。结果:观察组患者创面治疗1周内创面平均每日的操作性疼痛数字评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=23.976,P<0.01);观察组患者创面治疗1周内平均每日创面渗液浸湿纱布的层数明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.227,P<0.01);观察组患者创面完全上皮化时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=15.786,P<0.01)。结论:Ⅱo烧伤创面应用光子治疗仪照射治疗后创面操作性疼痛明显缓解,舒适度提高,同时创面渗液量减少,烧伤创面完全上皮化的时间缩短,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To observe the effectiveness of photon therapeutic instrument for treating small 2nd degree burn.Methods： Sixty cases of patients with 2nd degree burn selected from January 2014 to October 2014,were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The patients in observation group were treated with photon therapeutic instrument before using conventional occlusive dressing. While for the control group, only conventional occlusive dressing was used to manage the wound. After one week, the score of Numerical Rating Scale （NRS） of pain, layers of wet gauze on burn wounds and the time of complete epithelization of burn wounds were observed and recorded.Results： After one week, the score of NRS of pain in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.（t=23.976,P〈0.01）,layers of wet gauze on burn wounds in observation group was significantly less than that in the control group（t=13.227,P〈0.01）.The time of complete epithelization of burn wounds in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group（t=15.786, P〈0.01）.Conclusion： After application of photon therapeutic instrument, pain of patients with 2nd degree burn was relieved, the amout of the drainage of the wound was reduced, and the time of complete epithelization of burn wounds was greatly shorter. Our results demonstrated that the photon therapeutic instrument is worthy of clinical application.
